As part of the Celebrations of the V Centennial of the Discovery of the South Sea, the Mayor of Panama will present an event geared towards universal art and culture that seeks to transform the city of Panama and its environment by promoting public participation in an ongoing dialogue and interaction with the world of art.
The organizers held a meeting on Friday, January 18 th , 2013 with Panamanian artists who will be participating in the First Biennial of the South in Panama 2013, "Summoning Worlds" to be held from April 15 th to May 30 th , 2013.
