PANAMA. Tomorrow February 15 th , the activities commemorating the V Centennial of the Discovery of the South Sea will begin, with the presentation of a universal art and culture project that seeks to transform the city of Panama and its environment, promoting public participation in permanent dialogue and interaction with the world of art.

The First Biennial of the South in Panama 2013, 'Summoning Worlds', in which the artists will take over the city, will be held from April 15 th to May 30 th with the participation of 300 artists from 50 countries, including foreign and domestic, that will take over the city with their art.
